That is shoddy treatment for such a large company. When I got my E80 it was also defective ( D Beam didn't work ) I called the shop who then got a roland technician to phone me from Roland UK. A new E80 arrived the very next day. I also got a bonus disk of midi files for my inconvenience. You should at least get something from your salesman or yamaha for all the trouble you have been put through Tim.
