Well that's sort of what I'm talking about. And don't get me wrong, I'm all for music (right place, right time, right style and so forth). After all I've been playing and singing professionally for the past 30 some years. I just wish it were enough for people to attend church because they want to learn how to be better human beings by listening to someone, presumably more enlightened, share words of wisdom to live by. It is a pity that church membership seems to have dwindled as of late. And it is always sad to see a fading artist or in this case a fading organization in an attempt as a last ditch effort to re-gain the popularity they/it once had by trying to
get with the times.
Again, I am not downing anyone else�s choices in how they choose to worship. Just expressing some thoughts.
