Looking Good Gary! I started my diet the day after Labor Day. So far I am down 20 pounds. I try to stay around 1000 to 1500 calories a day and I've been jogging about 3.5 miles every other day. On the days that I don't jog I try to get in at least a 30 minute walk.
Can you tell me a little about the South Beach diet?
