The new Behringer 1002FX with 24 bit effects, Xenyx mic preamps and British EQ has just started shipping. The old 1002FX didn't have the new, higher quality mic pre's or the British sounding EQ. For those not familiar with British EQ, it is the standard all mixers use for high quallity EQ. The price for this mixer is around $80 - $90. The 802 you linked from Guitar Center has no effects and only has EQ on the two mic channels and not on the line input channels.
