I am sorry to say that the fade in/out feature is NOT implemented in OS 2.0 for VA7 (which I have installed about 2 weeks ago) and that's really a shame, if you consider that it could be easily added to one page of the touch screen menu.
Too bad, but there's still hope for the future...
