Ouch! Typical Korg piano sound and I'm not overly impressed by it. Maybe it will sound better in person but I won't hold my breath. That's where Yamaha shines is in their acoustic piano sounds. You would think a $4,000 flagship arranger could muster a better ac piano sound than that and since being the most important sound on any keyboard in my opinion, and probably the single most important deciding factor when considering any keyboard purchase, you need to give it the best possible ac piano you can. I dunno.. maybe that is as good as Korg can do. In other words, they possibly don't have the technology to do any better. Even the $8,500 OASYS's ac pianos aren't what I would expect for the price. Oh well... their loss and Yammie and Roland's gain.

Once again, maybe it will sound better in person but again.. I won't hold my breath.

Best,
Mike
