What I've done (Pa1x Pro) is this:

Since I do primarily praise and worship (The church actually bought the keyboard for me and it belons to the church), I have made a master list of our songs and called it Destiny List, for Destiny Ministries. Then , for each service, conference, etc. I go in, select the songs for that service and place them in a list I call "Set List". I an then go from one song to another or choose between those.

If I need to pull another song up that I don't have in the set list (which happens quite often in a prophetic, free flowing church) then I can pull up my Destiny songs and select from there without having to go through the entire list in the songbook, including the factory songs.
