I wouldn't buy a road case just to have a keyboard shipped. They are shipped all the time. How do you think GC and all the music stores get them. However when single boards are shipped they are not all nicely shrink wrapped on a pallet and are touched my many hands.

I hope no one thinks any less of Frank at AudioWorks. This was not his fault at all. Totally a luck of the draw in shipping via UPS or FedEx..In fact Frank was extremely accommodating. Working in a music store myself I know these things can happen. I think what really was surprising is the force of whatever fell on the keyboard did so much damage yet the box showed nothing out of the ordinary.

Well at least I have a manual to read. LOL.
Another few weeks won't kill me. IM still writing and gearing up the Studio. It took me more time to sell all of the keys and modules the Pa2X is going to replace. A work in progress since last Fall.......
