About a year ago, I came across some kind of service or software and it was in Beta. Seems it was a way you could take an image and draw circles and squares or write on it and your doodling / mods would be saved. Then you could direct a collaborator to view what you created.

Suffice to say, I need something like this but can't find what it was. It had a catchy name, like Google or Yahoo are catchy.

I need to be able to mark up a map and put that online, which will allow my colleagues to view it. Of course, I could do this the old fashioned way but I need something really easy to do, good quality, but most importaly, it allows me to do it quickly.
