Mind you, if anyone gets confused by all this fanboy hilarity, it IS usual to refer to MOTL, TOTL etc when the manufacturer either HAS a TOTL, MOTL, etc., or when it is being compared to other equipment in the same price range.

It isn't usually used to designate an opinion (what chas and I were doing) but to place it in the marketplace. I might feel poorly about the MS, but that doesn't make it MOTL (or BOTL ), it still remains a TOTL piece of gear...

(Yes, I know I'm explaining the obvious, but isn't that the whole point of this thread? )
