Actually it is not true...for some.
A lot of people I know and some I don't (just read about, or know about through others) are not dull, boring and they could not get done 1/2 of what they want to in 2 lifetimes. and they enjoy everyday.

I will agree it's not everybody out there.
I do know some that...well they don't have any Zest for life at all.
