I saw the XW-P1 demoed at Winter NAMM just the other day. Very impressive for the street price of $499. It includes a virtual analog solo synth plus a large bank of PCM waves. And you can also run an audio signal through the synth engine. I think Casio have kicked a goal. It is in a market niche of its own.
