Well, look at it this way:
Audya has 76 keys.
Audya5 has "only" 61, buy 16 "new" buttons. I.o.w, Audya 5 has 1 more
and should cost more.

And US$ 5000 is CHEAP!! That's less than Tyros3 and Korg PA2X Pro
cost here in Norway.

Audya: $ 10140 , and lowest price at the moment are $ 8278

You still think it's high priced in your area?
And why don't this big differences mirror the same if we compare other
brands? Not even the dealers can explain it ......
