There are absolutely no differences between the Audya's that a retailer has in stock to those leaving the factory, its just that the factory will do the update first, whilst the retailer (or end user) will do the update the other end.
And Dusan, I have been using Audya since day one and disagree with your oppinion about the keyboard being a finished product - but you are entitled to your oppinion just as I am. The sound and style update is a bonus and I would have been perfectly happy for ketron to have charged a few hundred $$ for it. Surely you checked to see if the features you wanted were there before purchasing?
To use the car analagy, I have a two door coupe but my rear seat passengers can't open their rear windows or open their doors!!! Obviously its not finished either!
