Thanks for your observation. The Java app you are referring to is just the scrolling banner at the top of the Home page - nothing more..... However, with all the recent 'bad publicity' about Java and related security problems, I think I might just remove the scrolling banner, since it's not really essential - just a bit of 'window dressing'
