The most arrangers I had at one time was two of the same model when I was gigging several times a week...one was set up in the house, and the other in the case ready to go.

In my opinion, back ups are important, and even if the instrument is a paragon of reliability, accidents do happen, and getting an instrument repaired quickly is not always possible.
