so funny how you call the tyros 4 "mellow" and the tyros 5 "crispy".. To me, its the exact opposite. And i've own(ed) both.
As I believe I've said before, the 5 has a lot more mellow and "warm" sound compared to any previous yamaha i've played to date.

And I actually prefer "crispy" to "mellow".
