Thanks for the concern, Donny. It's weird. About 4 times in the last two years, I was literally out of the stringed instrument business and barely able to hold left-handed arranger chords.

It wasn't the pain but the lack of speed and control that got me. I'll always have the discomfort, but the rest goes from almost completely disabling to manageable.


Right now, things are good. I leave Sunday for a 30 hour film session in Louisville; the off to Dubai for two weeks.

I guess I just have to keep my fingers crossed (when I can).

I'm confident enough that I have begun to replenish my "stash" of stringed instruments. I've ordered a uke, two Guilds, a guitarron (Mexican 6 string bass-always wanted one for a decorator), a Godin A6 and several others in the last month or so.I know....IT'S A SICKNESS!Russ
