He has a great technician who is very prompt with repairs. If we get a repair job from this service center, we know we are going to be going at it for a while :-)

** John Larosa of Larosa Music in NY (accordion and Keyboards)- 516 921 6759 in NY who has also been with the company for a while and offers great after product support and repairs (rather than swaps out parts).
