So, I’m leading up to……..how about you? Do you find yourself talking more to the audience and what ideas have YOU come up with for material?
Before I retired from the business, I absolutely did something similar. I used trivia acquired from the Internet, usually music-related. I also told stories or jokes from off the top of my head. I found that it went over just as well as the music and was a good way to break up the performance. So, yes I think it's a great idea.
