After trying for days to get the pack with no luck, I finally called Yamaha US.
To my surprise I was connected within 30 seconds.
The guy was super nice and helpful
He had me try a couple of things first. Nothing worked, so he rest my account.
Everything is running smooth again (except for loading time smile )
I thanked him and said: "now I download the pack". He replied no worries I already added it to you account smile
Wow. What a great service.
I am a happy Genos camper again. smile
