We actually do not get the email(s) as promised.

However, we can log in and click the user profile on the top right hand corner, click "My Account", and check for the status of our orders by clicking "My Orders" on the left. If you find your order(s) complete, then you click "MY LIBRARY" on the left to find the download link(s).
