Jim H, has been trying to take a GM sequence file from a different keyboard and load and save in the KN7000. My thought is to share this with our forum instead of sending it directly to Jim.

1-Load disk into KN7
2-Press Bank View?give bank ?A? name (page 3)
You will be writing in Bank A In the number one position
3-Press Program Menus
4-Press Sequence
5-press Copy & Paste
6-Press Track copy
Copy;
Tack 10 to Track 14
Track 1 to Track 10 ? Press OK
7-Press exit 2 times
8-Press Record & Edit
9-Press track Clear
10-Press #1 press OK
11-Save in panel memory ? Press and hold center red button, press #1
12-Press exit once
13-Press Track Assignment
Change?
Track 10 to drums
Track 14 to Part 14
Track to Control---Press OK
14-Press exit once
15-Press Step Record
16-Press #16-Controll
17-Press Panel Memory #1
18-Back to Home Page ? Press Play (Sequence)
19-Press mixer (left of Window)
20-Small round buttons ? press until Tracks 1 through 16 appear
21-Press Track #1
22-Go to Sounds group (right top) Select Technics Concert Grand
Repeat on all tracks except Track 10 and Track 16
23-Save in Panel Memory
29-Press Panel Memory #1
Save to floppy or SD card --- Done

In step 22 and 23, I used all Concert Grand because the file only contains drums and Piano. If you record another track and wish another instrument you must be changed this setting.
