HI Alec; (The problem solver)

I am registerd to the Official kn7000 site.
But whenever i login and try to download
something the message appears "u donot
have the permisson to access this page u
need to login or register" When i login
it does not give any error but upper
right corner still says "Welcome guest"
What could be wrong?I have also activated
my profile through tech e mail.But does
not work.Also i donot see change profile
in the site. Please Help!!!
