Billions of dollars earned is a recommendation? Did I read that right?

I eat a Quarter Pounder with Cheese every once in awhile, and I'll even admit to occasionally enjoying the experience. But I reserve respect and praise for chefs who use their craft to stretch as well as impress my palate. I guess you could call it a skill - constructing something that offends the least number of people - but it's not a skill I'm interested in pursuing or holding up as an ideal.
