Hi,

This is my first post.

My name is Bob "Notes" Norton (I use the "Notes" because there are sooooo many Bobs on the 'net). I play Saxophone, flute, wind synthesizer (WX5 controller - VL70m & TX81z modules), guitar, keyboards and drums.

I write after-market style and fake disks for Band-in-a Box at Norton Music and sell disks by other authors on my site.

I am in a duo with my wife The Sophisticats and we have played on cruise ships, on CBS, NBC, ABC, and MTV television, 5 star hotels, private house parties and just about everything in between.



I sequence my own backing tracks using a PC (I also have a Mac, but I like the PC software better) and play them through a half dozen sound modules and samplers.

I lurked a bit this morning before registering and I think I can both learn something from the masters and contribute something to the novices.
