I live in a vacation area, and have seen those little three wheelers on the road. They are a fatality waiting to happen! ZERO protection for the drivers, reduced liability needs (lots of little cracks in the rental liability code) and invariably driven by idiot kids who can barely drive a real car, let alone this scooter derivative.

Until we separate heavy transportation from ultralights, we are going to see a drastic rise in fatal accidents, as go-karts mix it up with 18 wheelers...
