Try this for a simple ending -
Hit the ending button and then turn OFF the arranger, but keep playing the keyboard in an "ending" sort of way - fade it out, hold a big chord, whatever......
Also try the fade button without an ending selected, and then do the shut off thing. This will also make your endings more unique and song-specific.
