getting a new one is good. (100,000 mile 10 yr wrnty on KIA -like)will beat the competition out of the water. And as I said their quality standards are better since they now are a major player.Nice to know that their cutomer service is good. They don't bother to repair since it'll cost them more I had bad experiences with customer service(had one of their early gtr amps) .

B used to be WALMART like products of mid level gear.Made in china(now QC is better in MIC products).early B mixers and racks were made in factories (by the contractors who promise -lowest bids, thus uses cheapest components they could find for interior,EQs that doesnt really change the tone, exterior seems to look good)in CHINA.Their QC was not as good.Yes now MAKIE or anyother US Co(IBM anyone?)are made in China but from their own factories since they have to be in the business.

I would still choose Carvin(USA made) over Behringer anyday if the price is the same(for same features). But that'll never be the case since B has extremely good price/performance ratio.

Like they said-"BUY ONCE,CRY ONCE!"A PA running co. will get a more expensive 16 ch Allen & Heath mixer than 24 ch B mixer with more features ,not to mention the resale value after 2 yrs.

Of course when B stop copying and put more money on R & D ,they'll become more respected and the industry better in long run.(Not that I care,I like Cheap!
