Wow. Lots more explanation and help. Thanks guys.

To Dan01, I haven't even actually used the vocalizer yet. I'm still converting midi files from my I2 over to the Solton. I'm saving the arrangements for last.

I think I'll save my I2 arrangements as midi files, and then at least I'll be used to the same background as before. The one very positive thing is that the backing instrumentation will sound better than it ever did. :-)

So I guess I should just bite the bullet and add the vocalizer track to the midi files instead of the on the fly way I used for styles. I would have preferred to be lazy. :-)

Mind you, Ketron_AJ gave some possibilities there that could be used. I wish they would have had other buttons instead of those particular ones considering you have to replace some controls of the arrangement, but at least its possible. Realistically there are very few styles that I use all 4 of the A - D patterns on, so for each individual style I could always throw it on one of the unused ones.

I'm dying to hear how the sound is compared to the IH. :-)
even though it is somewhat electronic sounding, it still sounded fairly real when actually accompanying the voice. Drop the lead volume though and WOW. Robot city. hehe.

HEY, I just realized that if I wished, I could always throw things through the IH and use it for arrangements on the Solton too.

I presume they are compatible.
