Well Squeak_D was simple for me.. My real nick name is actually Squeakie, and I get called by that all the time.. Even in college my instructors called me Squeakie. Been called Squeakie for years.. One of those nicknames that I'll never be able to drop.. the Squeak_D part came about with me shortening up Squeakie to just plain Squeak, and the D is for my first name which is Daniel. Squeak

When I decided to form a new band several years ago, the group decided on the name "Travlin' Light." A few years later, shortly after the group broke up, my spouse said I should change the name to "Travlin' Easy" because I had the "easy" job of being a freelance outdoor writer and working from a home office, and the only time I left the office was when I played music and because I was having fun, that job must have also been easy. The rest is history.
Cheers,
Gary
