For those who have recently purchased Logitech's Z-2200 sound system, here is an inexpensive way to mount those satellite speakers on stands that look professional and only cost $8.99.

I just sent detailed instructions of how to make the stands to Joe Waters and they'll be posted within a few days. When they're on the site, I post the link.

Cheers,

Gary

Gary, looks cool and priced right. What's with that chain? I should have my 2200 any day now.

The chain in on the wall behind the stand and supports a hanging light.

I've been over to PC world and looked at the Logitech Z2200 speaker system priced at £150.But sat next to them are some new Logitechs Z3 and twice the spec compared to the Z2200 and at the same price.

Has anybody else seen these yet?

Regards
Daz

Gary.....

great work.....I made the same stands as per your instructions [Music 123 $8.99 Ea.] ....
they work like a charm and look good.
I just did a small Care center today with them. The Sub /2 Satelites & stands all fold up & fit in the duffebag. Its a beautifull thing!!

Until you build the adapters, you can actually use the stands with the music rack attached. The feet of the satellites slide in and hold securely. The satellites are tilted a little to the side, and it doesn't look quite as good as Gary's modification, but it works just fine.
