Does anyone have suggestions for good Cha-Cha dance tunes (other than Tea for Two) suitable for ballroom dancing. The problem is that artists and singers have done every song imaginable to the Cha-Cha rhythm - most not very suitable for ballroom dance presentation.
Also would like lead sheets for such.
Walt

Well.....I play for "tea Dances" in the Phoenix area, and Cha cha is my cup of "tea"....search the music from a mexican band leader, Pablo Beltran Ruiz.....he made many of the best arrangements for cha chas....I emulate one of those with the song: Always...Never in sunday, El bodeguero, Limonero, brazilia.......and even now for the Xmas season, I play in chacha Feliz Navidad.......Santa Clause is coming to town, etc.

Thanks everyone. You have certainly given me some new ideas to follow up on.
If anyone would like to add more to the list, I'd appreciate it.

I'm rather 'surprised' no one's mentioned (yet) the huge 2000 Carlos Santana hit: "Smooth", as it's actually based on a Cha Cha rhythm, and can easily be adapted & performed as a ballroom Cha Cha as well.
