Besides the Mackie that Donny listed you can also consider the TC-Helicon VoiceSolo VSM-300 or VSM-200 or Galaxy Hot Spot PA5X140

If you want something lightweight & small enough to mount atop the Tyros2 itself, consider this option:

Bose 161 :

Scott: But those are unpowered. You still need a powered sub to use them. His request was "without a sub".

Doesn't the Tyros send a powered signal to the speaker jacks?

The pics Scott posted show the speakers are plugged directly into the T2. No powered sub needed.

Oops, sorry. You're right!

I use the little Yamaha TRS-MS02 subwoofer box to power'em thru the T2 satellite outputs.

I merely swapped out the quick release mounting brackets from the TRS-MS02 satellites and mounted them to the Bose 161's instead. Click here if you want more details.

I bought a set of these and they are fantastic
great sound very light and self powered...with
integrated mic input.....less than $75.00 with shipping and they are Behringer .....I am here to say they are great as studio monitors or on the T-1 or T-2, I have both and have used them with both......of course, this is just my opinion and you should go to a store or center
to hear for yourself...... http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-BEHRINGER-POWERE...1QQcmdZViewItem
