George, I had the same problem (User Program not found). I think it's because I upgraded in the past by updating over my existing data, rather than a total re-write, and perhaps some of the UPGs got missing....

Hard to understand why Roland Europe would release the OS3 update in Europe but figure on fixing the bugs afterwards. I could have waited.... Maybe they think the Danish G70 site will do all the beta-testing for them?! (But so far, I haven't come across any showstoppers....)

It doesn't show much respect for European G70 users if Roland won't release the update on US site until bugs are fixed. Maybe they think US users will sue them.....

One thing the per-part EQ makes obvious..... Roland need to allow users to store voices with the EQ and parameter edits as Custom Tones, otherwise, every time you call up your favorite patch, you have to re-do all the EQ and edits all over again. If you have a Tone on one Keyboard Part, and then change Tones on that Part, the EQ switches off and sets itself flat (so far, so good) but if you call up the original Tone, your EQ is gone unless you hit the OTS button again, perhaps changing other, unneeded parameters.

Roland allow for Custom Styles to be stored. It's about time they figured out how to do Custom Tones.

I stand slightly corrected...... I just found out that on the Upper1 Part, if Upper1 EQ-MFX Link is enabled (in Utility>Global), a lot of the factory Tones have a suitable (but uneditable) EQ setting that changes when you switch to another Tone....

But.... in all fairness, I never put this ON, because you can't store your own EQ or MFX choices as part of the Tone, and they aren't always what I need. It's a Global parameter, you can't have it on for some UPGs and not for others. You have to do it in the UPG.

Anyway, second verse.... same as the first! Roland need to let us store voice edits in a Custom Tone area.
