Very nice demo of the board. Such a cool board a cronie of mine in the UK was interested in one, called around and couldn't find one anywhere to demo, so he took a pass and is looking for another board instead. GEM really does need to do something about their marketing strategy IMO.

PaulD ... I requested information for a dealer in my area on Wednesday of this past week from the US GEM website....NO ANSWER?? I went this route several months ago ... No Answer??? The price of your Pro is $5,100!!! It has been noted here countless times about support issues and "No where to play them"??
Whats Up With That!!!!

DonM,

No I didn't, I am sorry, mind re-sending?

JCKeeys,

This is not meant as an excuse, but NAMM has really taken the time of all our resources, as we had an incredible show, this means many good things for being able to see our instruments around the country. Please send your information directly to me, and I will personally direct you to the nearest dealer. I am unaware of any "countless support issues", as customer support and service is my responsibility here in the US, I can assure you as a customer of Generalmusic, and you will have top-notch support here in the US.

Paul

I forwarded it to the address in your profile. It was different from the address I had for you.
Thanks,

Outstanding Demo Paul!

Tell me, is that the Genesys or Genesys PRO we're hearing?

Also, the Vocalizer demo was very good too.

Best regards,
Mike

Everything you are hearing was done on the Genesys instrument (except the Voice Over, which could have been recorded on the genesys) All sounds except the voice over and the singer are sounds that are in the genesys. This demo is for our new instrument the Genesys Ensemble (a 88 note Digital Piano), but the midi files were created and were recorded on a genesys.

I forgot to mention, this is exactly what you hear when you press the "DEMO" button on the Genesys Ensemble.

Are there differences between the Ensemble and the pro with regards to sounds and styles?

Very interesting instruments!

From NAMM 04, we have added a lot of new dealers, which we are excited by. If you would like to check out our instruments, send me an email, and I will locate a dealer near you.

Best Regards,

Paul
