Thinking about how I should get my T2 "performance ready."

A few questions for those who have been down this road before...I apologize for the wordiness...)

1) I use song registrations. (I pick a style, intro/ending, add multi pads, tempo, key, etc. for a particular song I wish to perform...(EX. All of Me) then I hit MEMORY>REGISTATION MEMORY #1>REGISTRATION BANK>STANDARDS (my folder)>Replace the word "NEW" with the title>ALL OF ME>SAVE Confirm YES.

So, I have hundreds of "songs" organised by folders (Standards, Country, Pop, Oldies, Specialty, Christmas, etc.) NOTE: These files are stored in regular memory of the T1. I have them backed up on the hard drive

Should I copy all the folders via USB to my computer hard drive? I understand the T2 accepts both USB connectors...so I could copy those files from the computer to my T2.

Can I copy it directly from the T1 to the T2? (The T2 does not yet have a hard drive in it. However, I do have a have 124 MB thumb drive that I use with my PSR3k)

I've tried a couple searches, didn't find the answer I'm looking for.

You may have some very good reason for not doing so Bill but all I did was transfer the hard drive direct from T1 to T2, complete with all it's settings, files,folders et al.
