I have been searching high and low for this Billy Joel's song. It's a pretty fast and funky one.

I don't know how to write the notes- but if you played it in C- this is part of the melody (beginning of the song)

Starts out with a slow human whistle part, then gets funky, right?

I had a tune going through my head for years until a friend and I worked it out what it was. Turned out to be a commercial from the early 60's. (Not that I'm that old to remember one ) Don't know how it got in there.

Don't worry about not finding it. I thought that UD was correct as well from humming what you had entered. Glad you found it.

I have the book with the sheet music for it. I enjoy playing Billy Joel. Easy for the keyboard.

Yeah

Billy Joel is one of my favorite. Been playing "Just The way you are" since I was 10 years old. The other one is "New york state of mine" We'll see if I can play the Strager too
