I actually don't agree with most of the comments here. As a T2 owner, I think the styles are good, but they are not supported by good multi-pads which would be a must for good trance-dance.
Put it this way, the demo that was posted above from YouTube, is pretty much representative of what the T2 can do. If you're happy with that, then the T2 is for you.
Ironically, the old Yamaha PSR 8000, had much better dance and trance styles, and tonnes of good quality dance multi-pads! (I'm talking about the arrangements - obviously the T2 'sounds' are better). I used to do full dance sets using these styles, but with the Tyros, I don't have as many options.
I'm not sure why they didn't upgrade these into the Tyros.
