Song is a Jazz standard I think...I don't know what the title is but the opening verse was something like "There are many songs about rainbow...it's just an illusion...vision.." or something like that..

Hi Jonas (KN_Fan): Boy, you got me stumped on this one, and I had thought I was pretty good at those jazz standards. Do you have any idea (guesses?) what era/style this song comes from? Tin Pan Alley: 20's, 30's, 40's, or? So many of the popular recongizable standards include a terrific (yet not often performed or recognized) verse, Now you've got me too interested to find out 'what song' your lyrics are from. Wish I had more info....it's a slow song for sure. As far as the era, I don't know..but it's the typical 3 piece-band kinda song (or late-night piano kinda thing)
