The schedule during the next three weeks range from total insanity to maniacal, but the week of May 26 should be relatively free. Therefore, during that week, I hope to put Gig Disk #6 together. Several members from this and other forums has requested a big-band, jazz & swing combination disk, which should be fairly easy. I'm open to any and all song titles that you may have in mind, post them, and I'll do my best to come up with appropriate styles from the archives.

Thanks in advance,

Gary

Gary. I would like to see GigDisk 6 containing Jazz.Swing.BigBand. The problem is you have a number spread through you other GigDisks and it would be pointless to repeat those.
Good look....I wish I was there to help you do them...HA!!!

No repeats in #6. I have a friend who knows more big band, swing and jazz numbers than anyone I know and he said he'll help me with this one. So no repeats of others.

Cheers,

Gary

Hello Gary...........Since using all of your gig disks I have started enjoying playing more types of music. I used to play mainly simple rock, country and ballads. Now I love big band and latin! Maybe one disk with your personal favorites? I look forward to the next disk, whatever it has. I love surprizes. Thanks again for your tremendous contributions. - charley

Thanks for the complements Charlie. This one should be a lot of fun to make, and for those of us who have long since surpassed age 50, I believe it will bring back some fond memories.

No problem Tony. I have a few really good, soft, smooth jazz styles available.

Gary,

One other thing; THANK YOU!!. I find your gig disks tremendously useful and should be the standard for all style files.
