I think a larger screen is great, but I wonder if the kb manufacturers don't make one that large to help avoid the "he's just playing a computer" mentality ...
I am SURE they think like that for their customers ...

PLEASE people... this another plea that if you are going to post LONG URL's then use the UBB code to make a nice and short link so we don't have to scroll back and forth to read the posts.

Tiny URL is unnecessary... simply use the UBB code. It's easy.

Esh, I really don't know what you mean as the link fits perfectly on my screen.
UBB? No idea what this is. I am not that computer literate.

Esh,
What is your screen resolution set to? They alway load fully on my screen, and I don't have to scroll back and forth. That link posted fits my screen now.

To learn more about UBB, simply click on the link to the left of the reply box that says "UBB Code is ON" (assuming you haven't turned UBB off in your preferences - it's on by default). This will give you the info you need.

For example, using UBB Taike's link above would be reduced to thi s.

Yes, when browsing on my laptop I like to zoom in 150% for my poor eyesight so maybe that doesn't affect everyone like it does me, but it does affect many and UBB cleans up the appearance of your posts regardless. It's just a thoughtful exercise and it's not hard to do.

I can't imagine a link that wide fitting onto one screen. I use a 15" laptop, yes, but it is two screens wide for me. If it fits on one screen, wow, the print must be tiny.

As for the problem, UBB is by far the easiest way, just learn the simple URL command.

Or, visiting TinyURL.com also works but it really shouldn't be necessary if you learn the UBB command.

Click on the UBB link on your page to learn how.

Long links are aggravating, for sure. Makes threads to where you don't want to read them.

I have a 17" screen and it fits fine. My text is normal size.

Back to the topic of this post.

This is a cure without a disease.

I don't see what value a 15" screen adds to the screen that comes with the T2. The screen on the T2 is plenty big and very readable. The only problem, as others have mentioned as well, is that you can save settings/registers/etc with long names but most of the names get cut short. They need smaller fonts or multi-lines or another interface to allow the longer names.
