Hi Bambino,

Can you (or anybody else here) please provide all the detailed settings (given by Yamaha) to make Speedy Mouse & Karaoke Girl work properly (without it also including my voice too)? THANKS. - Scott

Speedy Mouse Effect per Yamaha. I just tried it... worked for me. Eddie

To Hear Effect Only (no Lead) in 'Speedy Mouse' (Example):
1) Press the [VH TYPE SELECT] button.
2) Select the Vocal Harmony Type, 'SpdyMouse'.
3) Press the '8' [^] 'EDIT' toggle button to display the 'VOCAL HARMONY EDIT' page in the
screen.
4) Make the following changes:
HARM GENDER TYPE: AUTO
LEAD GENDER TYPE: OFF
LEAD GENDER DEPTH: -64
UPPER GNDR DEPTH: +63
LOWER GNDR DEPTH: +63
Saving the Edited Effect:
1) Press the [I] 'SAVE' button.
2) Rename the effect, if desired.
3) Press the '8' [^] 'OK' button.

Balance Setting:
1) Press the [MIC. SETTING] button.
2) Press the [J] button to select 'VOCAL HARMONY CONTROL'.
3) Use the '4' [v] toggle button to select 'LPSR2000 Owner's Manual, p. 130-132

OK Guys !

I think there definitely IS something FLAKY going on with the intro/ending saving to Reg Memory issue. I tried re-testing this about 15 minutes ago and it worked fine. I was able to easily save different intros to different memory reg buttons, but then tried AGAIN now, and this time it DOESN"T work. VERY STRANGE

All I do know is that I have saved many custom Registrations with different intros and endings than the style's default (for my show songs) and it's always worked before, so to discover this flakey situation is most troubling.

Scott...
We are on the same page re: intro/endings in registrations. Seems to work sometimes...but not always.

The Yamaha instructions I posted are for those times you only want SpdyMouse. It deletes your voice. The regular default SpdyMouse does not delete your voice. So, if you want both, better name the new one something other than SpdyMouse.

Geeez DonM...look what you started.

Hi Jedi,
Can you please be more SPECIFIC? I'll be glad to help (if I can), but there are so many postings on this thread that I'm a bit confused WHICH one you are referring to. Thanks. - Scott

Jedi,

I think Bsharp and I both confirm that saving intros/ending to Registration Memory is flaky (sometimes works and sometimes doesn't), though I've only begun experiencing problems doing this starting today.

I'll be glad to try my best to answer any specific questions you may have regarding this.

For saving the intro settings and also the ending the light of the intro button or ending button must be on else it will not save the settings to the register mem.
The display wil not show the settings for the different intro or endings it stays always on intro 3 and endings 3 but the saved settings wil work fine.
