brand new in box. It's ideal for your
purpose, since it has a 3 octave keyboard.

The best Bass sounds you can get out of a keyboard are the Roland Expansion Board (Drum & Bass) you put it works on any JV module or XP-50 XP-60 or XP80.

How much are we talking?

Xp-50 plus the Drum and Bass Expantion would run around $650 used On Ebay.
