You obviously haven't been to the Flordia Keys--clean water, clean air, tropical breezes, and formal attire is a Hawaiian shirt, shorts and new boat shoes--OH YEAH. Almost forgot about the warm weather and relatively low humidity throughout most of the year.
You can have PA's snow, freezing rain, traffic jams, air polution, floods, etc--I'm headed south in late February or early March, down to God's Country!
