I thought some of you might be interested in seing some pictures of my store and an interview with me on the new Arrangerworkstation Website for Yamaha Arranger keyboards. It can be found by going to: www.arrangerworkstation.com
click on home and scroll down to dealer spotlight.
Thank you to Nigel and the Synthzone family for giving me a place to spend some time where what I have to say might be of interest to many of you. I'm flattered that the folks at the arrangerworkstation.com website think that what I have to say would be of interest to their readers as well.
Regards and Thanks,
George Kaye

I am going blind looking for the Dealer Spotlight on Arranger Forum home page. Is it in one of the other links?

Eddie,
It's about 3/4 of the way down on the home page. You will see just to the left of center the heading "Dealer Spotlight" and a small picture of one of my employees and myself in front of my store and when you click on "read the interview" or something like that you will see more pictures inside my store and some questions and answers.
Thanks Uncle Dave for the nice comments!

For those who have lost their visual acuity, here's the link http://arrangerworkstation.com/website/framedsiteindex.htm Good looking store George!

Or you can try this:

http://arrangerworkstation.com/website/specialpages/dealerspotlightkayes.htm

And if that is too long and line-wraps, try this:

The new site is nice, and George's feature is nice and well-deserved, but I find the site very difficult to navigate.

Hi George

You certainly have a very attractive looking store. I am glad that you were able to get this excellent, (and well deserved) exposure.

George, quite a treat to see those great shots of your store. I'd feel like a kid in a candy store to have all those arranger keyboard choices available at my fingertips. This is truly the first and only music store I've seen devoted to arranger keyboards to such a degree. In every other music store I've seen or visited (and I've visited plenty across the Country (USA), I'd be lucky to find even one arranger. 'Kayes Music' is truly 'one of a kind'. Congratualations on the excellent article piece by the Arranger Workstation Forum.

Ok, the following question has been asked several times here, but never got answered:

Realizing that among the 'Arranger Workstation' forum's moderators include non other than Yamaha USA's: Steve Deming & Mark Anderson, is the 'Arranger Workstation' forum also officially (or unoffically) sponsored by Yamaha USA? I hope someone can come forward and tell us.

George, man O man I wish your store was only a few hours
drive from here.
Because I know it would be a second home for me,
It would be so great to walk into a store & have such a
selection of arranger KB's to choose from & have someone with
all your knowledge show me the in's & out's of each board. WOW
O well, I can dream can't I ?
Thanks George.

As I understand it AW has the full blessings of YCA much like the Motifator forum has the blessings of YCA as well.

I think Terry is correct. From what I know, the site is actually coming from the UK.

Thanks for all your kind words. I feel honored to have all you Synthzone members as my friends.

Scott, I was talking with Mark Anderson just about a month ago and he mentioned a new web site that was in the works, but he didn't want it advertised just yet. I suspect this is it.

George, good interview! Everyone is jealous of the folks who live close enough to visit your showroom.

I was a bit disappointed when, at the very top of the web site, I saw "Style Sources" but I didn't see PSR Tutorial listed (there are several thousand styles on our site.) I felt much better, however, further down the page when I saw that the PSR Tutorial was featured in the "Recommended Website..." section. Thank you, Yamaha!

Hi-dee Joe! Great to hear that Yamaha USA has cranked up their commitment to their customers another notch, by agreeing to add both Steve & Mark as official moderators to Craig's UK Yamaha arranger kb forum. As impressive as 'ArrangerWorkstation' appears, I'm still wondering though if its presence may merely 'water down' user interest & participation in the other terrific Yamaha specific arranger kb forums already in existance: SVPWorld, Joes Waters PSR Tutorial, & the Yahoo Styles Groups, as I'm already finding it impossible to find enough time in the week to visit them all. I believe that the 'ArrangerWorkstation' must offer 'something different' than the other exisiting Yamaha kd arranger forums do. Will having Yamaha's 'official blessing' with Steve & Mark as official forum moderators be enough?

Thanks to Gary's link I finally got to see the article. http://arrangerworkstation.com/website/framedsiteindex.htm Very nice story and fantastic pics. George's store will be a "Must Visit" if I ever make it to California.

The forum's Home page I get still does not have dealer spotlight listed. I tried clicking on Portal>Home...and I get what looks like a home page...but still no George.
