Not to take away from the performance, beacuase there's no doubt that this guy can really play, but that chromatic keyboard is easier for fingering and speed than the piano keyboard. I know/talk to people who play both and this is their experience.

If you play a song in the key of C, than play the song in the key of D-flat, it becomes more difficult for the paino-key player, unless of course it is practiced regularly.

But on the chromatic-key, hand/finger position never changes.

If you can find "Flight of the Bumble Bee" played by JoAnn Castle on accordion (she was a regular on the Lawrence Welk show) its an amazing performance, and its on a piano-keyed accordion.

She is playing on the piano in that version.
(she's no slouch on the piano either )
