Hi, gang ... I have returned to the land of the living ...got released from the re-hab center yesterday ...
Steve - thnx for updating the S-Z on my progress ...
Seems like the surgery went real well ... The physical therapists were impressed with the degree of flex I've already gotten back in the knee ... One PT, watching me walk after 2 days of therapy said "That's one of Dr. Buonnano's knees isn't it? You can always tell" ... so I guess I had the right guy for the job (actually, I KNEW I did, he did my left one 3 years ago) ... Of course, I am also a very dedicated rehab patient ... no sense going through this pain and doing the job half-way ...
The biggest problem thus far is finding a comfortable position to sleep in ... For the life of me, I can't figure out how ANYONE would get both knees done at the same time ... but, some do ....
So now I've got 6 - 8 weeks of solid rehab work and I should be walking the golf course in April ...
Now to catch up with S-Z ...

Welcome back glad to hear from you. Well, I had good intentions of stopping by Cedar Crest, since I live about 2 miles from there. I Gotta confess I had to drive by there a couple of times and thought at some point I'd get in to see you. Never did make it, but I did call on Sunday, they said you had no phone and the lady that answered said she come down the hall and force you to walk back to the phone. I told her she'd just better let you rest! As I say glad your back. And Dr.B is the best 12 years and 3 marathons ago he performed some minor surgery on my knee and never had a problem with it since. Wish you a speedy recovery.
