Speaking of misheard lyrics, the first time I heard the song I thought it said "Get your Blues Playstation..." and only after reading the lyrics Charlie wrote I realized it really was "Get your Blues Plate special..." (...must be your Mississippi accent, Charlie...)

Linda, Eric, Andrea,
Thanks for the kind words. They mean a lot...
Andrea, yes, upon listening to it several more times, I will admit by pronunciation of some phrases leave something to be desired. I musta been too wrapped up with keeping the "growl" consistent in my vocals...

OK I know I'm slow...but, I clicked on the link you provided Charlie, but my computer keeps telling me to check the file name or path. Did anyone else have a problem? any hints? I'm using the mp3 file and I have windows player on my computer. It works for other songs. Thanks Great lyrics by the way Charlie. I'm looking forward to hearing the PSR 2000 in action. Brian

Hi Brian,
Thank you kindly for trying to listen.
I just clicked on the MP3 link in my original post and it still works for me. I use Windows Media Player, but since the computer is fairly new I must have the latest version of WMP. If yours is not, perhaps you could upgrade it through the internet? Or else download RealPlayer Basic (free) in order to use the other link.

Charlie, I just got home and was able to get my computer to connect to the site. Great song and nice use of the PSR. I am returning to the web site to catch some more of your music. I used to live in Hawaii, just south of Wheeler AAF. I flew for Hawaiian Air lines (the DC-8's). I was there when the Aloha 737 lost it's top. Seems like forever ago. Anyhow, thanks for the song Brian
