works like a charm! Picked it up last night at Alto Music, along with the complementary Signature Series gig bag (which is really a nice bag).

Everything's working fine. This board is sweet. I think I'll keep it!

Many thanks to Steve Deming at Yamaha - a really good guy - to George(beyond-the-call-of-duty)Kaye and to Chris, my salesman at Alto Music - for their perseverance in making sure I got what I paid for...and then some.

It's time to go play...

Tim

Tim,

Congratulations on your keyboard. I didn't know we were neighbors? I buy all my equipment from Alto and I know Chris very well. Didn't you live in CT?

Al, well, we're not exactly neighbors...I live in Allentown, PA. I discovered Alto several years ago and enjoy a visit to the store now and then...even tho we have GC and Sam Ash much closer. Alto is in a class of its own and is not a huge chain. As you know, Chris has been there for years.

Uncle Dave...I see you're in usual form. Just let me enjoy it while I can. My next toy will be a Rolankorgahama.

Hey Tim,

Congrats !!

I`m glad that you finally got a good PSR-S900 , that is just great , really !

Man , I am happy for you , so there are good ones to be had , it`s just that they are few and far between.

Dave was being kind , I had the ratio at 1 in 20 !!

Glad you didn`t have to get to 20 !! LOL

Anyway , I`m happy it has all worked out , and I wish all the best , and thanks for posting the great news !

Happy playiing !
Gary

Hi Tim,

My congratulations on the settlement of your issues, and the subsequent reception of the exceptionally cool S900 AND a Signature Series gig bag.

Try to feel sympathetic towards the people who attempt to poke fun at you, especially poor Dave who is stuck with a PA-800, and the equally distraught, Jedi, who is still as perplexed about what to buy as he was several weeks ago.

You got a super little keyboard there, my friend, and I know you're gonna have lots of pure enjoyment with it.

All the best,

Ian

If my S900 gives me the same performance as my old 3k, which still works great even after a LOT of playing and transporting, I will be very happy.

By far the best "bang for the buck" out there....as was the 3k.
